Unified Carrier Registration is a Federal Permit required to be filed annually by all Motor Carriers who operate interstate, Brokers and Freight Forwarders. Fees are based on the number of motor vehicles owned or operated subject to the UCR fees reported on the most recently filed MCS-150, or the total number CMV's owned or operated for the twelve-month period ending on June 30th immediately prior to the beginning of the registration year.
